Passive Voice सीखने के लिए  दो Types के  Rules को सीखना आवश्यक है ।

How to 'Translate' Past Indefinite Tense Passive Voice Sentences Its Rules Structure Examples in Hindi.

Note- इस Rule के अंतर्गत आप Past Indefinite Tense Passive Voice के वाक्यों को हिंदी से अंग्रेजी में translate करना सीखेंगे ।। इस Rule का प्रयोग English Speaking में सबसे ज्यादा किया जाता है ।

Past Indefinite tense Passive voice के वाक्यों की पहचान क्या होती है ।

हिंदी वाक्यों की पहचान :- हिंदी वाक्यों के क्रियाओं के अंत में आ/ई/ए + ( था/थी/थे ) लगे होते हैं या फिर केवल 'आ/ई/ए' लगे होते हैं अर्थात आ/ई/ए का उच्चारण होता है । और वाक्य मे प्रयुक्त कर्ता स्वयं क्रिया का संपादन नहीं करता है बल्कि कर्ता पर ही क्रिया संपादित होती है । 

इसे साफ शब्दों में कहे तो 

हिंदी वाक्यों के क्रियाओं के अंत में कहा गया, दिया गया, किया गया, भेजा गया, पूछा गया, बनाया गया, बेचा गया, दिए गए, लिए गए, किए गए, दी गई, ली गई, की गई इत्यादि लगे होते हैं तथा वाक्य मे प्रयुक्त कर्ता स्वयं क्रिया का संपादन नहीं करता है । बल्कि कर्ता पर ही क्रिया संपादित होती है । जैसे

हमें धोखा दिया गया ।/
हमें धोखा दिया गया था ।

मुझे 500 रूपये दिए गए ।/
मुझे 500 रूपये दिए गए थे ।

सभी दुकानें बंद कर दी गई ।
सभी दुकानें बंद कर दी गई थी ।

उसके साथ बिश्वासघात किया गया ।/
उसके साथ बिश्वासघात किया गया था ।

इन वाक्यों को ध्यान से देखिए ।। इन वाक्यों के कर्ता ( हमें, मुझे, दुकानें, उसके ) वाक्य में किसी भी प्रकार के कार्य को स्वयं नहीं किए हैं । बल्कि उनपर ही क्रिया ( धोखा देना,, रूपये देना,, बंद करना, बिश्वासघात करना ) संपादित हुई है, अतः ऐसे वाक्यों को Passive Voice में बनाया जाता है ।

इस प्रकार के वाक्यों को नीचे दिए गए 'Structure' के अनुसार Translate किया जाता है ।

Subject + was/were + v3.

हमें धोखा दिया गया ।/
हमें धोखा दिया गया था ।
We were cheated.

मुझे 500 रूपये दिए गए ।/
मुझे 500 रूपये दिए गए थे ।
I was given 500 rupees.

सभी दुकानें बंद कर दी गई ।
सभी दुकानें बंद कर दी गई थी ।
All the shops were closed.

उसके साथ बिश्वासधात किया गया ।/
उसके साथ बिश्वासधात किया गया था ।
He was betrayed.

यदि वाक्य इस प्रकार से दिया गया हो तब 

1. Post के द्वारा मेरा पार्सल भेजा गया ।
2. सरकार के द्वारा गरीबों की मदद की गई ।
3. हमलोगों के द्वारा इस काम को किया गया ।

Note-ऐसे वाक्यों मे जिसके साथ के द्वारा लगा होता है उसकी अंग्रेजी वाक्य के अंत में by के साथ लिखा जाता है। और शेष बचे हुए भाग को ऊपर बताए गए Structure ( Subject + was/were + v3 ) के अनुसार Translate किया जाता है । जैसे

Post के द्वारा मेरा पार्सल भेजा गया ।
My parcel was sent by post.

हमलोगों के द्वारा इस काम को किया गया ।
This work was done by us.

सरकार के द्वारा गरीबों की मदद की गई ।
The poor were helped by the Government.

इस प्रकार के वाक्यों को नीचे दिए गए Structure के अनुसार Translate किया जाता है ।

Subject + was/were + v3.

Examples :

वह मारा गया ।
He was killed.

मुझसे झूठ बोला गया ।
I was lied.

मुझे धोखा दिया गया ।
I was cheated.

उनलोगों से पूछा गया ।
They were asked.

उनसे अनुरोध किया गया ।

How to Change Past Indefinite Tense Sentences into Passive Voice & Its Rules Structure Examples in Hindi

Note-इस Rule के अंतर्गत आप Present Perfect Tense के वाक्यों को Active से Passive में Change करना सीखेंगे। और Exam में इसी Rule से Questions पूछे जाते हैं ।

इसलिए इसे 'ध्यानपूर्वक' पढें और समझने का प्रयास करें । सबसे पहले Active Voice के पहचान और कुछ Example को देखें

● Active Voice के पहचान और उदाहरण :

अंग्रेजी वाक्यों की पहचान : अंग्रेजी में वाक्य नीचे दिए गए Structures मे से किसी भी Structure के अनुसार हो सकते हैं यानि कि इनमें से किसी भी Structure के अनुसार लिखे जा सकते हैं

Subject + v2 + Object.

Subject + did not + v1 + Object.

Did + Subject + (not) + v1 + Object ?

W.H + Did + Subject + (not) + v1 + Object ?

हिंदी वाक्यों की पहचान : हिंदी वाक्यों की क्रियाओं के अंत में आ/ई/ए + ( था/थी/थे ) लगे होते हैं या फिर केवल 'आ/ई/ए' लगे होते हैं अर्थात आ/ई/ए का उच्चारण होता है । और वाक्य के भाव से पता चलता है। कि कार्य या घटना भूतकाल में ही समाप्त हो गया था । जैसे

2. मैने उससे पूछा था ।    I          asked     him. 
                              Subject     v2      Object

3. मैने उसे नहीं कहा ।      I          didn't   tell    him. 
                              Subject   didn't   v1   Object

4. क्या तुमने उसे गाली दी ? 
                           Did      you       abuse     him   ?
                           Did   Subject     v1     Object ?

5. उसने तुम्हें क्या दिया ?  
              What       did         he      give     you   ?
         W.h word   did   Subject   v1    Object ?
 
Examples :

1. उसने मुझे गाली दी ।  He abused me.
2. उसने हमलोगों की मदद की ।  He helped us.
3. उसने मुझे एक पत्र लिखा। He wrote me a letter.
4. उसने चार आम खाए थे ।  He ate four mangoes.
5. उनलोगों ने मुझे धमकी दी थी ।  They warned me.

Note :- ये सभी Past Indefinite Tense के वाक्य हैं, जो कि Active Voice में हैं, और अब Active Voice के वाक्यों को Passive Voice में किस प्रकार से Change किया जाता है इसको समझिये ।

( Active से Passive में बदलने का नियम ) 

ध्यान दें कि, केवल "Transitive Verb" वाले वाक्यों को ही Active से Passive Voice में change किया जाता है और Intransitive Verb वाले वाक्यों को Active से Passive Voice में change नहीं किया जाता है । यानि कि

इसे साफ शब्दों में कहें तो

जिस वाक्य में ( Verb का ) Object होता है उसी वाक्य को Active से Passive में change किया जाता है । और

जिस वाक्य में ( Verb का ) Object नहीं होता है उस वाक्य को Active से Passive में change नहीं किया जाता है ।

इस प्रकार के वाक्यों को नीचे दिए गए 'Structure' के अनुसार Active से Passive मे Change किया जाता है ।

Active Voice : Subject + v2 + Object.

Passive Voice : Object + was/were + v3 + by + Subject.

◆ Active से Passive में बदलने का नियम ।

1. Active Voice के Object को Passive Voice में सबसे पहले लिखा जाता है किंतु Object को Subjective Form में लिखा जाता है ।

2. फिर Subjective Form के अनुसार 'Was/Were' में से किसी एक को लिखा जाता है ।

3. फिर Verb के तीसरे रूप ( v3 ) को लिखा जाता है यानि कि v2 को v3 में change करके लिखा जाता है ।

4. फिर Active Voice के Subject को Passive Voice के अंत में by+Subject के रूप में लिखा जाता है किंतु Subject को Objective form में लिखा जाता है । 

Object ka Subjective form + was/were + v3 + by + Subject ka Objective form.

इसे एक Examples से समझिये ।

Active Voice : He helped me.

Passive Voice : I was helped by him.

इस वाक्य में Active Voice के Object (me) को Passive Voice में सबसे पहले लिखा गया है । लेकिन Object ( me ) को Subjective form ( I ) के रूप में लिखा गया है ।

फिर Subjective form ( I ) के अनुसार was को लिखा गया है ।

फिर Verb के दूसरे रूप ( helped ) को तीसरे रूप Helped में change करके लिखा गया है ।

फिर Active Voice के Subject (He) को Passive Voice के अंत में by+Subject के रूप में लिखा गया है किंतु Subject (He ) को Objective form ( him ) के रूप में लिखा गया है ।

Note-इसी प्रकार से सभी वाक्यों को Active से Passive में change किया जाता है । अब और भी Examples को देखिए ताकि आपको अच्छे से समझ में आ सकें ।

Examples :

A : They told me.
P : I was told by them.

A : I asked him.
P : He was asked by me.

A : He cheated us.
P : We were cheated by him.

A : We informed them.
P : They were informed by us.

A : They helped us a lot.
P : We were helped a lot by them.

A : I knew everything.
P : Everything were known to me.

A : They changed the rules.
P : The rules were changed by them.


A : He encouraged me.
P : I was encouraged by him.

A : He asked me about you.
P : I was asked about you by him.

A : I told him everything.
P : He was told everything by me.

A : I saw a tiger yesterday.
P : A tiger was seen by me yesterday.

A : I saw a movie last night.
P : A movie was seen by me last night. 

A : She prepared a cup of tea for me.
P : A cup of tea was prepared for me by her.

A : I bought a new mobile yesterday.
P : A new mobile was bought by me yesterday.


[(( Double Object वाले वाक्य ))]

अब ऐसे वाक्यों को देखें जिनमें 2 Object होते हैं । 

1. I asked him a question.
2. He told them something.
3. My father gave me 500 rupees.
4. She told us an interesting story.
5. He sent me a message last night.

इसे एक Examples से समझिये ।

( 1 ) He asked me a question.

इस वाक्य में दो Object हैं, एक है Direct Object और दूसरा है Indirect Object.

Direct और Indirect Object को कैसे पहचानते हैं ।

इसे पहचानने का एक बहुत ही आसान नियम है । दिए गए वाक्य के Verb में क्या ( what ) और किसको (whom) लगाकर एक एक प्रश्न कीजिए यानि कि एक प्रश्न क्या लगाकर पूछिए और एक प्रश्न किसको लगाकर पूछिए । 

और क्या लगाकर प्रश्न पूछने पर जो उत्तर आएगा, वह Direct Object होगा । और किसको लगाकर प्रश्न पूछने पर जो उत्तर आएगा वह Indirect Object होगा । तो चलिए एक एक प्रश्न करते हैं ।

1.  उसने मुझसे एक प्रश्न पूछा ।
> He asked me a question.

इस वाक्य में Verb है "Ask" जिसकी हिंदी होती है पूछना । अब इसमें क्या और किसको लगाकर एक एक प्रश्न करते हैं ।

प्रश्न -1, उसने क्या पूछा ?

इस वाक्य में मैने क्या लगाकर एक प्रश्न किया कि उसने क्या पूछा तो वाक्य में देखिए उसने क्या पूछा । तो आपको जवाब मिलेगा कि उसने एक प्रश्न पूछा यानि कि जवाब मिला 'एक प्रश्न' । इसलिए यहाँ "एक प्रश्न" Direct Object हो गया ।

प्रश्न -2, किसको पूछा/किससे पूछा ?

अब मैने 'किसको लगाकर' एक प्रश्न किया कि किसको पूछा तो वाक्य में देखिए कि उसने किसको पूछा तो आपको जवाब मिलेगा कि उसने 'मुझसे' पूछा यानि कि जवाब मिला "मुझसे" इसलिए यहाँ "मुझसे" Indirect Object हो गया । इसी प्रकार से सभी वाक्यों में Object को पहचानते हैं ।

Note : ऐसे वाक्य जिनमें दो Object होते हैं । उन्हें दो तरह से Active से Passive में change किया जाता है ।

Active : He asked me a question.

Passive : I was asked a question by him.
Passive : A question was asked to me by him.

पहला तरिका-पहला तरिका ये है कि आप Indirect Object से Passive Voice में change करना शुरू करें । यह एक आसान और सटीक नियम है । जैसे

Active : He asked me a question.
Passive : I was asked a question by him.

दूसरा तरिका : दूसरा तरिका ये है। कि आप Direct Object से Passive Voice में change करना शुरू करें । जैसे

Active : He asked me a question.
Passive : A question was asked to me by him.

लेकिन यहाँ एक बात ध्यान देनी पड़ती है। कि जब आप Direct Object से Passive Voice मे Change करना शुरू करते हैं तो v3 के बाद Indirect Object को लिखते वक्त उसके पहले किसी उपयुक्त Preposition का प्रयोग करना पड़ता है । जैसा 

हमने ऊपर Indirect Object ( me ) को लिखते वक्त उसके पहले Preposition ( to ) का प्रयोग किया है, आप सीधे v3 के बाद indirect object को नहीं लिख सकते, आपको उसके पहले कोई उपयुक्त Preposition को लगाना पड़ेगा ।

Note : दोनो तरिकों में से पहला तरिका बिल्कुल आसान और सटीक है ।

Examples : 

A : I asked him a question.
P : He was asked a question by me. 

A : He told them something.
P : They were told something by him.

A : My father gave me 500 rupees.
P : I was given 500 rupees by my father.

A : He sent me a message last night.
P : I was sent a message last night by him.

A : She told us an interesting story.
P : We were told an interesting story by her.

1. I didn't see him.
2. I didn't tell anyone.
3. They did not help me.
4. He didn't tell me anything.
5. They didn't give me anything.

इस प्रकार के वाक्यों को नीचे दिए गए 'Structure' के अनुसार Active से Passive मे Change किया जाता है ।

Active Voice : Subject + did not + v1 + Object.

Passive Voice : Object + was/were + not + v3 + by + Subject.

◆ Active से Passive में बदलने का नियम ।

1. Active Voice के Object को Passive Voice में सबसे पहले लिखा जाता है किंतु Object को Subjective Form में लिखा जाता है ।

2. फिर Subjective Form के अनुसार 'Was/Were' में से किसी एक को लिखा जाता है और फिर not लिखा जाता है ।

3. फिर Verb के तीसरे रूप ( v3 ) को लिखा जाता है यानि कि v1 को v3 में change करके लिखा जाता है ।

4. फिर Active Voice के Subject को Passive Voice के अंत में by+Subject के रूप में लिखा जाता है किंतु Subject को Objective form में लिखा जाता है । 

Object ka Subjective form + was/were + not + v3 + by + Subject ka Objective form.

Examples : 

A : I did not know it.
P : It was not known to me.

A : He didn't abuse you.
P : You were not abused by him.

A : I didn't do anything.
P : Anything was not done by me.

A : They didn't recognize me.
P : I was not recognized by them.

A : We didn't hear anything.
P : Anything was not heard by us.


A : I didn't see him.
P : He was not seen by me.

A : They did not help me.
P : I was not helped by them.

A : I didn't tell anyone.
P : Anyone was not told by me.

A : He didn't tell me anything.
P : I was not told anything by him.

A : They didn't give me anything.
P : I was not given anything by them.


A : He did not send me money.
P : I was not sent money by him.

A : I did not break the chair
P : The chair was not broken by me.

A : I didn't steal your money.
P : Your money was not stolen by me.

A : The labours did not complete the work.
P : The work was not completed by the labours.

A : The mechanic did not fix my car properly.
P : My car was not fixed properly by the mechanic.

1. Active Voice के Object के अनुसार Passive Voice में सबसे पहले Was/Were में से किसी एक को लिखा जाता है । 

2. और फिर Object को लिखा जाता है । लेकिन Object को Subjective form में लिखा जाता है ।

3. फिर Verb के तीसरे रूप ( v3 ) को लिखा जाता है यानि कि v1 को v3 में change करके लिखा जाता है ।

4. फिर Active Voice के Subject को Passive Voice के अंत में by+Subject के रूप में लिखा जाता है किंतु Subject को Objective form में लिखा जाता है । 

5. यदि वाक्य मे नहीं ( not ) लगा रहे तो फिर not का प्रयोग Object के बाद किया जाता है । नीचे देखें

Examples : 

A : Did you know it ?
P : Was it known to you ?

A : Did you forget me ?
P : Was I forgotten by you ?

A : Did you fill the form ?

P : Was I told something by you ?


A : Did you beat him ?
P : Was he beaten by you ?

A : Did you abuse them ?
P : Were they abused by you ?

A : Did you tell him anything ?
P : Was he told anything by you ?

A : Did you not follow the rule ?
P : Was the rule not followed by you ?

A : Did he send you 5000 rupees ?
P : Were you sent 5000 rupees by him ?

How to Change Past Indefinite Tense W.H Question Sentences into Passive Voice its Rules Structure Examples in Hindi

1. What did you do it ?
2. Where did you see him ?
3. Why didn't you fill the form ?
4. When did you send the money ?
5. Why did you not tell me everything ?

इस प्रकार के वाक्यों को नीचे दिए गए 'Structure' के अनुसार Active से Passive मे Change किया जाता है ।

Active Voice : W.H + did + Subject + ( not ) + v1 + Object.

Passive Voice : W.H + was/were + Object + ( not ) + v3 + by + Subject.

◆ Active से Passive में बदलने का नियम ।

1. सबसे पहले W.H word को लिखा जाता है । फिर Object के अनुसार Was/Were में से किसी एक को लिखा जाता है ।
